General viewing issues?
The CHEF website is designed for best viewing at 800x600 or higher
resolution. If you can not see all the text on the screen, you may have
your screen resolution set too low, perhaps at 640x480, etc.
Set your computer screen resolution to 800x600 or higher. After this
adjustment is made, you should be able to see all the screen text. An
alternative would be to navigate via the text links located at the bottom
of most pages.
To change your screen resolution for Windows 2000 or XP:
- minimize all running programs
- right-click anywhere on the desktop
- select "Properties" from the pop-up menu; this should
open the Display Options window
- select the "Settings" tab from the Display Options window
- find the "screen area" slider-bar and drag it to a resolution
of 800x600 or higher
- click the "Apply" button or "Okay"
If you continue to have problems, please contact
us. We want you to get the most out of CHEF.
Problem loading pages or errors with
pages not displaying?
Your CHEF website is updated on a regular basis. Normally your browser
will detect an update to the site and will display the current page.
However at times your browser may miss the update and load an older
page stored on your hard drive's cache.
So, if in doubt, press the F5 key force your
browser to update the page. F5 is the same as the refresh button.
Anytime you get a strange error, etc. it is a good idea to force a page
refresh (by pressing F5 or the refresh button in your browser).

of CHEF

- Try to download the PDF files first, then try to open it on your
