2008 USED BOOK FAIR

** VENDOR GUIDELINES **

1. Those applying for table space at the CHEF Used Book Fair must complete, sign and return the registration form along with full payment. By signing the registration form, you are agreeing to the conditions and rules stated in the guidelines.
2. CHEF will provide nametags to each vendor, vendor’s spouse, and vendor’s children 12 years & older, which must be worn during the fair hours. Only vendors with nametags will be allowed to shop from 5-6 pm.
3. Vendors may be CHEF or non-CHEF members and may rent a 1/2 table, whole table, or 2 tables as space allows. Tables are 8’ x 30” wide. All items must fit on tabletop or directly under your table.
   No items are permitted in the aisles or walkways. We will be checking this as the evening progresses.
4. Registration is due Friday, May 23, 2008. Note: Late charges are applicable for all late registrants and a later set-up time at 4:30pm for those who register late.
5. Upon receipt of your registration: confirmation, additional information, and guidelines will be e-mailed to you.
6. The CHEF used book fair is for selling educational items only. No garage sale items or literature promoting support groups, sports organizations, pyramid sales, etc. will be permitted inside or outside the premises.
7. The CHEF Board and the used book fair coordinators reserve the right to require that any objectionable material be removed from a vendor’s table.
8. Only family members may sell curriculum from same registration. Friends must pay for their own space. No 1½ table vendors please. Those renting ½ tables must register separately to receive a vendor nametag.
